APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP:

1.To apply for membership please complete a NYSOTFA "APPLICATION".

2.Dues are payable March 1 of each year. 

3.As a benefit of membership, a monthly newsletter is provided which keeps members informed of the many things going on and the many venues for performing the old time fiddle music around the area by the State organization, as well as the chapters.

3.Please see the chart below for dues amounts; Checks or Money Orders should be made payable to:

NEW YORK STATE OLD TYME FIDDLERS’ ASSOCIATION

4.For chapter memberships, application may be made through the Chapter Membership Secretary or person designated by the Chapter President.  See the "CHAPTER" web page for contact information.

5.For Memberships-At-Large, with no chapter affiliation, application should be made to the Treasurer of the New York State Old Tyme Fiddlers’ Association (NYSOTFA).  See the

"ADMINISTRATION" web page for contact information.

LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:

1.Proof of Membership in good standing:  Paid membership for 5 consecutive years, verified by the NYSOTFA membership secretary;

2.Proof of Age:  Member is to provide copy of birth certificate or a copy of driver’s license:

•To the membership secretary of the chapter, if member of a chapter

•To the membership secretary of the NYSOTFA, if a member-at-large
